About Me
I began weight training at 16 years old - I was overweight and had no self confidence. I trained 3 times a week focusing on total body workouts. After 6 months I lost 2 stone and built muscle. The results inspired me to continue training, and my confidence grew together with life's opportunities.
I became a personal trainer to motivate, train and guide those, who like me, wish to make a difference in their lives. I have over 10 years experience in personal training and exercise classes. Mainly chair based exercises for care homes.
Growing up in a Greek orthodox family, I would go to church but I didn't take it seriously and had my own beliefs. I was wrong and blind to the truth. But thank God I was born again in 2023. The truth was revealed to me and slowly my old beliefs were replaced with the truth.
My journey with our awesome Heavenly Father was a challenging one, and still is. But that is because of the enemy that wants to steal, kill and destroy us (John 10:10). But our Awesome God only allows what we can endure.
My personal growth with God has changed me for the better; truly being born again means shedding your old self and with the Holy Spirit born into the new version of you. Many things of this world like social media, society, internet, adult entertainment, etc. have a negative impact and keep you away from God, especially men.
